In celebration of Christmas this Saturday, Viking.TV, Viking’s free online enrichment channel, will explore holiday traditions around the world.cOn Wednesday (Dec.22), tour popular European Christmas markets with Karine Hagen as she learns how to make an advent wreath, tastes traditional gluhwein, and shares how guests can experience new holiday traditions in the U.S. on the upcoming itinerary Mississippi Holiday Season, available in December 2022.
On Christmas Eve (Dec. 24), join the festivities at Highclere Castle with Lady Carnarvon as she decorates the castle and welcomes Gerald Dickens, the great-great grandson of Charles Dickens, who will bring to life the author’s famous seasonal novels. Each session begins each day at 11 a.m. PDT/2 p.m. EDT. Content is also taped and available to view the following day on Viking.TV.

Thursday, Dec. 23: Guest Speaker Thursdays. Anne Diamond will interview Welsh singer and Classic FM presenter Aled Jones, known for his cover of “Walking in the Air,” the theme from the holiday short “The Snowman.: During their conversation, they will discuss his career and current Sunday morning breakfast show on Classic FM, plus more.
